1. Contest is open only to individuals who are above 18years of age
2. Individual Photos will not be entertained
3. Entrant warrants that the photograph uploaded are created solely by the entrant and the photograph does not infringe trademarks, copyrights, rights of privacy or intellectual property rights of any person or entity
4. Entry should not contain any obscene, derogatory, provocative, sexual, explicit or any objectionable/inappropriate content, else the entry will be deleted and entrant will be barred from contest
5. Each image can only be entered once. Duplicates will be removed
6. Each entrant can upload only one image
7. Computer-generated or computer-altered images will not be accepted. Artwork and illustrations will not be accepted
8. All entries must be submitted via the online entry form
9. Prizes cannot be exchanged nor transferred
10. Closing dates of entry is 14th Feb 2014, No further entries will be accepted after this date
